Step 6: Reordering your prescription

We recommend placing your next order when you have around 2 weeks of products left. This allows your GP enough time to provide us with your prescription before we dispense your items.

Reordering the same items

If you’re looking to reorder a previous prescription delivery, you can now do it in just a few clicks.


Login to your Vyne Online account and navigate to the orders page. Select the order you’re wanting to place again, and at the bottom of this page you’ll see a ‘reorder prescription’ button. When you click this it’ll take you straight to the order review page – pre-populated with all the information you previously entered.


If you need to edit any details at this point, you can edit each section as required. This will allow you to update things like your delivery address or even remove/change quantities of products – all without having to start the order from scratch.


If you’re happy with the information you see on the order review page, select submit and we’ll take things from there.

Ordering new products

If you’re not looking to reorder the same product, you can select ‘new order’ on the Vyne Online homepage and follow the same process as your first order. This time you’ll see familiar products in the ‘recently ordered’ section of the product search page – so if you want to add some of those to your order, they’re front and centre.


You can search by product name, brand or manufacturer name, product code or type of product. Just start typing into the search box.


Make sure you’re only ordering the products you need – if you add superfluous items your GP might query this with us and in some cases, not provide the prescription for you. This will mean processing your order takes longer and it’ll likely delay your order getting to you.
