Register to Vyne Online, give us a few details, and select your prescription products. Or give our helpful Customer Care team a call on 020 3987 7560 and we'll guide you through the process.
Step 2
We’ll contact your GP to request your prescription. We'll let you know when this happens. It usually only takes a few days.
Step 3
Once we’ve got your prescription, we’ll pack up your order in our fully recycled packaging, ready for collection from our courier partners.
Step 4
Our courier partners will deliver your order straight to your door, completely free of charge, in a 100% carbon neutral van.

What does it mean to nominate Vyne?
If you have recently signed up for Vyne, or are thinking of signing up, you may have noticed that you are being asked if you want to “nominate” Vyne.
You might have seen this when you signed up and placed your first order – at the very end of the process, there is a box to tick that asks if you agree to nominate Vyne. But what does this mean? And how does it apply to you?
By agreeing to nominate Vyne, you are agreeing to choose Vyne as your home delivery service of choice for all your medical devices. This means that Vyne will handle your prescriptions, get in touch with your GP, and be responsible for delivering the medical devices that you need to your home.
Nominating Vyne as your home delivery service also means that you agree for Vyne to process the personal data that you provide during registration, and to process your prescription.
Altogether, nominating Vyne means that you have chosen Vyne to be your delivery service of choice, and therefore Vyne will be responsible for delivering all your medical devices. The service you nominate is your choice, and you can change your mind later on. For example, you don’t need to stay with the home delivery service that you were set up with by your hospital when you were discharged. It is your choice and your prerogative to research and nominate a home delivery service of your choice;

What sort of packaging will my order arrive in?
Your order will be delivered in 100% sustainably sourced, recyclable, and discreet packaging. We will only print what's needed on the outside of the package and nothing else, so only you will know what is being delivered.

I have a paper prescription, can I still use Vyne?
Absolutely, you just need to send us your prescription via post. We would recommend that you use recorded delivery to make sure your prescription arrives safely with us as it contains personal information. Please also leave enough time for us to receive, process and deliver your prescription in time.

How much does it cost for Vyne to deliver my prescriptions?
There is no charge for using Vyne to deliver your prescriptions, it's a completely free service for patients, healthcare professionals and care homes.

I’d prefer not to register online, can I still use Vyne to deliver my prescriptions?
