Step 5: Tracking your order
We’ve made it simple and easy to track the progress of your Vyne Online orders with our five step order tracker. Simply log in to Vyne Online and head over to the ‘Orders’ page. Click on the order you’d like to track, and within this page you’ll find your order progress. But what does each step mean?

We’ve received all the information you have provided and are waiting for our Customer Care team to check over your details.

Our Customer Care team are happy with all the information you have provided, and we’ve requested your GP to send us over your prescription.

We’ve received your prescription back from your GP and are packing up your order to be collected by our courier partner.

We’ve handed over your order to our courier partner. We only use next day delivery (unless you request otherwise), so your products should be with you soon. If you're a neighbour of ours, we may even deliver your order in our very own electric van!
