Step 4: Processing your order
Now you’ve added your products, personal details and GP details, you’re ready to do a final check before submitting your order. You can go back and edit any of the information you’ve entered before you submit if something isn’t looking right.

Once you’ve submitted your order, one of our Customer Care team will review it for approval. This human verification step allows us to make sure everything is correct. If something doesn’t look quite right we’ll get in touch with you before requesting your prescription form your GP.
We then request your prescription from your GP for the products you have ordered. This step is usually the longest part of the process – on average, it takes GPs around 10 days to send us your prescription. This is why we always recommend placing your orders when you’ve got around 2 weeks of supplies left. 

As soon as we have the prescription from your GP, we’ll pack your products and send them out to you in discreet unbranded packaging. We know the process for requesting your prescription from your GP can often take a while, so once we’ve got it, we use speedy next day delivery to get your items to you.
If you need your items urgently, you’ll be best giving us a call on 020 3987 7560 to let us know. One of our Customer Care team will need to speak with you to understand the circumstances around the urgency of your order, and will relay this information to your GP. Please bear in mind that our phone lines are only open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 1:00pm.
