Step 4: Processing your patient’s order

Now that you’ve added the patient’s personal details, selected products, and provided GP information, you’re ready to do a final review before submitting the order. If anything looks incorrect, you can go back and edit any of the details before confirming the submission.

Requesting their presentation

We’ll ensure that your patient has their products as soon as possible – we understand that the items you are ordering are essential and they often can’t wait, so we’ll go above and beyond to get their order to them right away.

Preparing their delivery

Once you’ve placed your patients order, we’ll pack up their products and send them out in discreet unbranded packaging. To make sure your patient gets their items as soon as possible, we only use speedy next day delivery, unless you request otherwise.
