Do I need to contact my patients previous supplier after registering them with Vyne?
When registering your patient with Vyne, you'll nominate us as the patients’ home delivery service of choice. This means that all future prescriptions will come to us automatically. so you don’t need to do anything more here. If required, we will contact their GP.

If I register a patient, can my colleague edit their order through Vyne Online?
No, once an order has been submitted you or your colleague will not be able to edit the order in Vyne Online. If something doesn't look right, contact our helpful Customer Care team and we'll be able to help. Call 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk.

Do I need to re-order my patients prescription after I have registered them?
If you would like to reorder your patients’ products you can, but in most cases we will contact the patient directly to manage their own orders going forward. If you do need to reorder a patients prescription, you can easily do this in Vyne Online without having to enter all their details again.

How long does Vyne hold patient data in my account?
How long does Vyne hold patient data in my account?
You’ll be able to see the full history of all the orders you’ve placed for your patients. If one of your patients has shared new or updated information with us, that will not be shown in your account to protect their privacy.
Looking to join a Vyne Team?
If you've been placing orders for a patient using a standard healthcare professionals account and you join a team in Vyne Online, you'll no longer be able to see the orders you placed before joining.
You'll now be able to see and manage orders placed by everyone within your Vyne Team. If you leave the team you'll no longer be able to see any of the others you or others placed in the team, but you will once again be able to see your previous orders placed before joining the team.
