Step 5: Tracking your resident’s order
Tracking your residents’ orders is simple with our five-step Vyne Online order tracker. Just log in and head to the ‘Orders’ page - select the order you’d like to check, and you’ll see a clear breakdown of its progress. Not sure what each stage means? We’ll walk you through it.

We’ve received all the information you’ve submitted, and our Customer Care team is now reviewing the details for your resident.

All set - our Customer Care team has now contacted the resident’s GP to request their prescription.

The GP has sent us the prescription, and we’re now packing the patient’s order for collection by our courier partner.

The resident’s prescription has arrived from their GP, and we’re currently preparing the order for collection by our courier partner.

The resident’s order has been successfully delivered and is now saved in the ‘Orders’ section of Vyne Online. Need to reorder the same items for this patient? It only takes two clicks - just follow the steps in the next section!
