Once you’ve entered the resident’s details, chosen the required products, and added their GP information, you’ll be taken to a final review screen. This gives you a chance to double-check everything before sending the order. If you spot any errors or need to make changes, you can easily go back and update the information before confirming the submission.

Preparing their delivery

Once your resident’s order has been placed, we’ll carefully pack the items and send them out in discreet, unbranded packaging. To ensure timely delivery, we use fast next-day shipping as standard - unless you let us know you’d prefer a different option.
