When you’re signing up to Vyne, or placing an order, you’ll be asked to add your home address. As you know, it’s important that your home address is added correctly, so that there are no delays in your receiving your medical devices.  

To ensure that your address is added correctly, input it beginning with your house number and street name first. Once you have done this, you will be able to select your address from a drop-down list.  

There is a small chance that your address won’t be on the drop-down list, particularly if you have a new-build house. If this is the case, you can select the option to enter your address manually. 

After you have selected your address from the drop-down list, take a look over the information and check that you have selected the right one.
