When you signed up for Vyne, or if you're thinking of signing up, you may be wondering what account type would best suit you.
One account type is a team account. A Vyne team account is for healthcare professionals working in a team, perhaps on the same ward or within the came community hub. If it would be helpful for you to have all of your team members in the same place, then a Vyne team account is for you!
An example of when a Vyne team account may be useful, is if a colleague is away and you are asked by a patient if their medical devices are on the way. With a team account, you can click on your colleague's profile to check the status of that order.
To set up a Vyne team account, first ensure that you are registered as a healthcare professional. Then, from the home page, use the account selector dropdown within the sidebar, and select 'Create a new account'. You'll be taken to the account registration page, where we'll ask you for a few bits of information (workplace type & address) to set up your new team.
