Product details

ZeroDerm Ointment is a rich, non-greasy 3-in-1 product that functions as a moisturiser, wash, and bath additive, containing 70% paraffin to manage eczema, dry psoriasis, and other dry skin conditions. It serves as a moisturiser, bath additive, and soap substitute, and its non-greasy formula does not stain clothing.

For use as an emollient, apply to the affected area as needed, gently smoothing it into the skin in the direction of hair growth. To use as a bath additive, dissolve approximately 4g in hot water in a suitable container, then add to the bath. When used as a soap substitute, take a small amount of the ointment, lather it under warm water, and use as necessary during washing or showering, then pat the skin dry.

If you're a local, we'll deliver to you personally. For the rest of the country, we rely on third party couriers - which you can choose at checkout. Sometimes, these couriers will make changes or be unable to deliver to you. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Returns

We offer free returns & refunds on Vyne Shop items made within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It'll take between 3-7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items.

Please note, due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

 

Please Note: Do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available through Vyne, we process returns at a different location to complete safety checks before returning the products to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed.
