Product details

The Ugo 2L Drainage Bags (with Extra Long Drainage Tube) connects directly to your leg bag, which is kept secure by the handy stepped connector. The drainage bags provide leak-free continuous drainage overnight and include a non-return valve to prevent urine from backing up the drainage Tube.

Ugo 2L Drainage Bags (with Extra Long Drainage Tube) are designed to work in tandem with Ugo Leg Bags to provide effective link drainage. Non-sterile options come in tamper-resistant, protective, and resealable bags that are ideal for storing in your bedroom or bathroom.

Reinforced eyelets at the top of the bag come in handy if you choose to support your overnight drainage bag with the drainage bag stand, or drainage bag hanger.

The Ugo 2L Drainage Bags (with Extra Long Drainage Tube), features a longer 120cm outlet tubing when compared to the 90cm outlet tubing found on the standard Ugo 2L Drainage Bags.

All Ugo 2L Drainage Bags feature a large 2-litre capacity to accommodate overnight drainage. This bag is available with a single-use T-tap.

Delivery

We do our best to keep our delivery prices fair, and we only charge you what the courier services are charging us.

 

England, Scotland, Wales:

• Royal Mail 48 Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - £3.49

• Evri Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - £3.50

• Royal Mail 24 Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £3.99 Most orders are delivered next business day when placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday. This is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service.

• Evri Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £4 Most orders are delivered next business day when placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday. This is NOT a guaranteed next day.

• DPD Next Day Delivery - £7.49 Next business day on orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday.

If you're a local, we'll deliver to you personally. For the rest of the country, we rely on third party couriers - which you can choose at checkout. Sometimes, these couriers will make changes or be unable to deliver to you. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Returns

We offer free returns & refunds on Vyne Shop items made within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It'll take between 3-7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items.

Please note, due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

 

Please Note: Do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available through Vyne, we process returns at a different location to complete safety checks before returning the products to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed. If you have already sent your order back to the VyneYard warehouse, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk so we can locate it, and ensure your refund is processed.
