The Respond Care Range Secure Security Frames offer complete stretch and flexibility, allowing precise positioning around pouch contours and over localised scarring. This flexibility helps minimise edge lifting, extending pouch wear duration. Coloured in a discreet beige, with a non-slip matte finish, the Secure Small Security Frames retain their integrity even with prolonged wear, unlike shaped hydrocolloids. Half the size of the large frames, the small frames are suitable for smaller appliances or stoma caps.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.

Also Note: Please do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a free home collection as outlined above.
