Product details

Prosys Catheter Straps are designed to securely clasp the catheter tubing, ensuring it remains in a firm and fixed position. In turn preventing unwanted pain or trauma caused by the pulling to the catheter. The Prosys Catheter Strap is simple to apply and remove thanks to its convenient hook and loop fastening system, and the elasticated design allows you to move freely without sacrificing comfort.

Prosys Catheter Straps are available in boxes of 5, and are machine washable to fit in with your hygiene schedule. Internal silicone strips ensure a firm but gentle grip to your skin, reducing the risk of rolling.

The Prosys Catheter Strap is available in three different sizes, but can be cut to size to avoid excess material. Compatible with urethral or suprapubic catheters.

We do our best to keep our delivery prices fair, and we only charge you what the courier services are charging us.

 

England, Scotland, Wales:

• Royal Mail 48 Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - £3.49

• Evri Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - £3.50

• Royal Mail 24 Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £3.99 Most orders are delivered next business day when placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday. This is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service.

• Evri Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £4 Most orders are delivered next business day when placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday. This is NOT a guaranteed next day.

• DPD Next Day Delivery - £7.49 Next business day on orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday.

If you're a local, we'll deliver to you personally. For the rest of the country, we rely on third party couriers - which you can choose at checkout. Sometimes, these couriers will make changes or be unable to deliver to you. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Returns

We offer free returns & refunds on Vyne Shop items made within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It'll take between 3-7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items.

Please note, due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

 

Please Note: Do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available through Vyne, we process returns at a different location to complete safety checks before returning the products to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed. If you have already sent your order back to the VyneYard warehouse, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk so we can locate it, and ensure your refund is processed.
