Product details

OptiLube sterile lubricating jelly is a medical device, developed to aid the smooth insertion of medical devices during a range of examinations and procedures.

OptiLube is available in 2.7g, 5g and 20g sachets, so depending on the volume of lubrication you require, there's an OptiLube size to suit you. The 20g OptiLube sachets are supplied double-wrapped, and are sterile.

The water-soluble formulation is ideal for use during a wide range of procedures and examinations.

OptiLube Sachets are easy to tear, allowing smooth application.

The formula of OptiLube has been perfected over many years, so that it lubricates as effectively as possible.

    All Vyne orders are delivered in discreet packaging, so you’re the only one who knows what’s inside. 

    Delivery

    We do our best to keep our delivery prices fair, and we only charge you what the courier services are charging us.

     

    England, Scotland, Wales:

    • Royal Mail 48 Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - £3.49

    • Evri Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days) - £3.50

    • Royal Mail 24 Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £3.99 Most orders are delivered next business day when placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday. This is NOT a guaranteed next day delivery service.

    • Evri Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £4 Most orders are delivered next business day when placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday. This is NOT a guaranteed next day.

    • DPD Next Day Delivery - £7.49 Next business day on orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday.

    If you're a local, we'll deliver to you personally. For the rest of the country, we rely on third party couriers - which you can choose at checkout. Sometimes, these couriers will make changes or be unable to deliver to you. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

    Returns

    We offer free returns & refunds on Vyne Shop items made within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It'll take between 3-7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items.

    Please note, due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

     

    Please Note: Do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available through Vyne, we process returns at a different location to complete safety checks before returning the products to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed. If you have already sent your order back to the VyneYard warehouse, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk so we can locate it, and ensure your refund is processed.
