Dermatonics Once Heel Balm is a daily treatment for anhydrotic, fissured, callused and hard foot skin on the soles and heels of the feet.
It contains 25% urea, which is a natural moisturiser used to treat dryness and itching. It acts as a humectant helping to increase the water binding capacity in the outermost layer of the skin and also acts to break down dead skin cells.
This paraben-free balm is applied to clean, dry feet once a day. 99% of users report all dry skin was removed after just 8 days’ treatment.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.
Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
