Once we’ve received your prescription, we will send out the products – this can take some time so it’s important to get the order placed 10-14 days before it is needed.

When will the I receive my products with Vyne Prescriptions?

Once you've placed your order, our Customer Care team reviews it to ensure everything is correct. If needed, we’ll contact you before requesting the prescription from your GP, but this is unlikely. We'll then request your prescription from your GP - this step can take around 10 days, so we recommend ordering when you have about two weeks of supplies remaining.

Once we receive your prescription, we pack your products in discreet, unbranded packaging and ship them via next-day delivery. If your order is urgent, please call us on 020 3987 7560 during our opening hours so we can discuss your needs and liaise with your GP accordingly.

Allow 10-14 days for your order to arrive.
