What is a VIN (Vyne Identification Number) and where do I find it?
Your Vyne Identification Number, or VIN is the unique number we assign to every Vyne account. If you're ordering your products over the phone or by email, your account will have a VIN, but you'll likely be confirming your identity to our Customer Care team another way.
If you wanted to start using Vyne Online, you can use your VIN when registering to link your existing Vyne orders to your new account - this way you'll retain your full order history, and can view and edit this in Vyne Online.
Where can I find my VIN?
If you have a Vyne Online account, you can find your VIN under 'Your details'. Your VIN will also be on all communication we have with you, so in emails and on your order slips - or you can call our helpful Customer Care team and they'll be able to let you know.
