Have you forgotten your Vyne password and need to reset it? Don’t worry! We’ve all done it. This is our quick, step-by-step guide to changing your password on Vyne.
What to do if you are still logged in, but need to change your password
1. Firstly, navigate to the account tab.
2. You will see a menu of four options along the left side. Select “Your details”.
3. Once you have selected “Your details”, this will open another list of options. Select the option at the bottom, “Security & setting”.
4. Once you have selected “Security & settings”, you will see a green button that says “Send password update email”. Click this button.
5. Check your email. You will have received an email with a link to reset your password.
6. Click on the link in the email and reset your password.
7. You will now be able to use the new password you chose to login to your account.
What to do if you’re logged out of your account and can’t get back in
1. When you try to login, click the text just below the password box which says “Forgot password?”.
2. Check your email. You will have received an email with a link to reset your password.
3. Click on the link in the email and reset your password.
4. You will now be able to use the new password you chose to login to your account.
