Once you've placed your order in Vyne Online or over the phone, we'll request your prescription from your GP . This step is usually the longest part of the process – on average, it takes GPs around 10 days to send us your prescription. This is why we always recommend placing your orders when you’ve got around 2 weeks of supplies left.
