What complimentary items am I entitled to?

When you order your medical devices, you are entitled to certain complimentary items to help you use your medical devices comfortably, while preserving hygiene.

2 minutes FAQ

When you order your medical devices, you are entitled to certain complimentary items to help you use your medical devices comfortably, while preserving hygiene.

Dry wipes or wet wipes

You are entitled to order dry and/or wet wipes with your medical device. This is to help you keep your skin clean before, after or while using a medical device.

The wipes come in a pack of thirty, and you can order up to 10 packs per order.

Disposable bags

You are entitled to order disposable bags with your medical devices. These allow you to dispose of any used medical devices, wipes or packaging effectively.

The bags come in a pack of thirty, and you can order up to 10 packs per order.

Night bag stand

If you are placing your first order with us, and you have ordered 2L night bags, you will be sent a complimentary night bag stand.

The night bag stand allows you to secure your night bag while you sleep. You can place the night bag stand on the floor or attach it to the side of your bed, ensuring that the bag stays lower than your bladder. This setup promotes proper urine flow and minimises the risk of urine flowing back up the tube, which can lead to infections. It also keeps the bag in a secure position, preventing it from tipping over or getting in the way.
