If your order hasn't been shipped when you ask us to cancel it, we can initiate your refund right away. Depending on your bank it can take up to 7 day for the funds to be returned back to you, but it's often much quicker.

If we need to collect your order first, we'll organise a free collection at a time to suit you. Once we have had confirmation that the collection has been made, we will process your refund. It may then take up to an additional 7 days for the funds to be returned to your bank account, although this is usually much quicker.
