For letterbox-sized orders, you don’t need to be in to receive the delivery. For bigger packages, you’ll need to be home or have arranged a safe space with our couriers – Royal Mail or DPD.
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, you’ll receive a ‘we missed you’ card which you can then use to re-schedule delivery at a more convenient time.
