Ugo 4 Weeks contains a full 4 week supply of your catheter support items, all contained in a single discreet box - ideal for storage in your bedroom or bathroom.

The Ugo 4 Weeks has been designed to not only simplify your monthly orders, but it also positively impacts the environment by reducing the amount of packaging, ultimately ending up as waste.

In each box of Ugo 4 Weeks you will find:

All Vyne orders are delivered in discreet packaging, so you’re the only one who knows what’s inside. 

Delivery

We do our best to keep our delivery prices fair, and we only charge you what the courier services are charging us.

 

England, Scotland, Wales:

• Evri Standard Delivery (2 business days) - £3.99

• Evri Next Day Delivery (Next business day on orders placed before 2pm) - £4.99

• Royal Mail Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) - £4.99

• DPD Next Day Delivery (Next business day on orders placed before 2pm) - £7.99

Free Standard Delivery (2-4 business days) when you spend over £50.

 

Northern Ireland:

• Evri Standard Delivery (3 business days) - £5.99

If you're a local, we'll deliver to you personally. For the rest of the country, we rely on third party couriers - which you can choose at checkout. Sometimes, these couriers will make changes or be unable to deliver to you. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Returns

We offer free returns & refunds on Vyne Shop items made within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It'll take between 3-7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items.

Please note, due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

 

Please Note: Do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available through Vyne, we process returns at a different location to complete safety checks before returning the products to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed. If you have already sent your order back to the VyneYard warehouse, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk so we can locate it, and ensure your refund is processed.
