Festive Opening Hours 2025/2026

• Wednesday 24th December 2025 (Christmas Eve) - 8:00am-3:30pm
• Thursday 25th December 2025 (Christmas Day) – Closed
• Friday 26th December 2025 (Boxing Day) – Closed
• Wednesday 31st December 2025 (Christmas Eve) - 8:00am-3:30pm
• Thursday 1st January 2026 (New Years Day) – Closed

Normal open hours will apply to all other days during the festive period:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm
• Sunday – 10:00am - 2:00pm

Please bear in mind, some courier services may be operating reduced hours. Please allow extra time for your items to be delivered. If you're not sure whether your urgent delivery will get to you in time, give us a call on 0203987 7560 and we'll be happy to help.

Vyne Shop final order dates for delivery before Christmas*:

• Royal Mail Standard & Express: 19/12/2025
• DPD Next Day Delivery: 23/12/2025

*Orders must be placed before the 2pm cut off point.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Remote locations: For some remote locations in the UK, like the Shetland Islands, the above delivery estimations will be slightly longer. For more information, please visit the Royal Mail or DPD website.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.

*Please Note: Due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

Also Note: Please do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a free home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available on vyne.co.uk, we enforce a strict returns procedure to ensure the safety of items returning to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed. If you have already sent your order back to the VyneYard warehouse, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk so we can locate it, and ensure your refund is processed.
