L-Mesitran Wound Ointment is a honey-based natural hydro-active wound gel/ointment. The composition of the ointment promotes quick and clean wound healing.

When the ointment comes into contact with your wounded skin, fluid is drawn from the surrounding tissues, and a moist wound-healing environment is established. This environment promotes skin healing by removing dirt and dissolving damaged tissue, prepping the skin for repair.

Once the ointment has been absorbed into the damaged area, you can reapply it. The amount of fluid in the wound determines the rate of absorption and, as a result, the frequency with which it must be reapplied. L-Mesitran Wound Ointment is non-sticky and may be applied over a bandage.

L-Mesitran Wound Ointment is available in two formats, L-Mesitran Ointment (this product), or L-Mesitran Soft. L-Mesitran Soft features a lower honey content, designed with sensitive users in mind.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
