Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Remote locations: For some remote locations in the UK, like the Shetland Islands, the above delivery estimations will be slightly longer. For more information, please visit the Royal Mail or DPD website.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.

*Please Note: Due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

Also Note: Please do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a free home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available on vyne.co.uk, we enforce a strict returns procedure to ensure the safety of items returning to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed.
