Patients, clinicians and care homes can register to use Vyne Online. Simply select the option that’s right for you when you go to register.

Yes, with their permission. We recommend ordering on behalf of someone over the phone instead of through Vyne Online.
Protecting the data of our users is paramount to us. All Vyne Online accounts must be logged in to with an email address and password, and include email verification on creation.
Once logged in, you will have the option to enable Two-Factor Authentication to add an extra layer of protection. All our healthcare professional users will also need to re-verify their email addresses every 3 months to ensure they are still active on that email address and thus still employed in their professional capacity, to help protect their patients’ data.
You'll also have the option to activate a screen lock on app, desktop and mobile. This locks Vyne Online until you enter the unlock code you have set.
Yes, if you’re already a member of Vyne and have been placing orders by email or over the phone, when creating your Vyne Online account you'll have the opportunity to link up your account. You’ll be able to see your full order history, and reorder previous prescriptions in only a few clicks.
Option 1: If you have previously given us your email address & phone number and have registered with Vyne Online using the same email we have on file, we’ll link your accounts automatically.
Option 2: If you haven’t given us your email before, you can link your existing Vyne account using your Vyne Identification Number (VIN). You’ll be able to find your VIN on any previous Vyne paperwork, such as delivery notes, or text messages from us. You can also ask our helpful Customer Care team to provide it for you.
We’ll ask you to enter your VIN to locate your existing account during the registration process. Once you’ve entered your VIN we’ll send you a quick text message to confirm it’s you before linking the accounts – just to be secure.
Yes, you can use Vyne Online via our website (on desktop or mobile) or app. Although, currently any draft orders that have not yet been submitted will not carry over to the other device. However, we’re working on making this happen!
