MediHoney Adhesive HCS (Hydrogel Colloidal Sheet) Dressing are effective even when exposed to wound fluid, blood, and tissue, ensuring constant performance in a variety of wound conditions. When the dressing comes into touch with wound fluid, it forms a gel, which allows for longer wear times depending on the quantity of exudate. It promotes wound healing by creating a moisture-balanced environment, which is especially useful for wounds that have stalled in their recovery.
MediHoney Adhesive HCS uses its osmotic potential to draw fluid through the wound, facilitating the liquefaction of non-viable tissue and aiding in the healing process. With a pH of 3.5-4.5, it helps to maintain acidic pH values in the wound environment, which contributes to the healing process. The dressing is made of non-toxic, natural ingredients, ensuring safety during application.

If you're a local, we'll deliver to you personally. For the rest of the country, we rely on third party couriers - which you can choose at checkout. Sometimes, these couriers will make changes or be unable to deliver to you. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.
Returns
We offer free returns & refunds on Vyne Shop items made within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It'll take between 3-7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items.

Please Note: Do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a home collection as outlined above.
