If you wish to cancel your Vyne Online account, you just need to let us know.
- Email us at hello@vyne.co.uk to tell us you wish to cancel
- We'll then close your account and remove you from our system
- Don't worry, you can come back to Vyne at any time if you wish
Your data
Due to the nature of the products we provide, we are required to keep certain data for traceability purposes. The default standard retention period is 6 years plus the current year for personal information. We will endevour to remove identifying information and restrict access to this where possible.
