Medihoney Barrier Cream is designed to protect healthy or vulnerable skin from the damaging effects of bodily fluids and moisture, such as faeces, urine, wound exudate, and perspiration. It can be used in conjunction with wound dressings and incontinence pads to create a barrier of defence around skin folds or damaged areas.

Medihoney contains 30% antibacterial honey and can be used under incontinence pads to protect at-risk skin from incontinence-caused skin breakdown. It can also be used to protect the skin around wound edges from irritation or breakdown caused by exudate from the wound. It protects the skin from friction or shear damage and can help prevent maceration and excoriation.

Medihoney Barrier Cream is made from natural ingredients and does not contain lanolin, parabens, or mineral oils.

Local delivery: If you're local to us (West Yorkshire), we can deliver to you personally using our electric van! You’ll have the option to choose local delivery at checkout if this service is available to you.

Alternative options: Sometimes our courier partners will make changes or be unable to deliver your order. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

Vyne Shop returns and refunds

We offer free returns & refunds for Vyne Shop items ordered within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened*. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items, but it's usually quicker.
