Q A How do I sign up with Vyne Online?

Once you've downloaded the app, you'll be prompted to register an account if you don't already have one. You can register as a healthcare professional, patient or care home in just a few easy steps.

Q A Is the Vyne Online app secure?

Every Vyne user is required to authenticate themselves before accessing the app or website through secure methods like passwords, email verification and optional multi-factor authentication (MFA). We also use secure coding practices and adhere to an NHS standard Clinical Risk Management System. All data is kept safe using encryption and we regularly carry out security tests such as penetration testing.

Q A Can my patients also use Vyne Online?

Of course! When you've registered a patient and placed an order for them, we'll contact them to let them know. If they choose to register for an online account, the order you've placed for them will be visible so they can see the products you've prescribed them and track the orders progress.

Q A What if I can't download the app on my work phone?

We understand that most organisations will have centrally-controlled smart phones, where apps will need to be approved by an IT department. If you'd like to use Vyne Online, let us know and we'll happily speak to your IT team to get the app approved for you to use.
