Product details

The Ugo Stand with Dignity features a removable dignity cover, discreetly hiding your drainage bag. If you choose to use the cover, there is a small observation window designed to allow continuous output monitoring.

The Ugo Stand with Dignity offers three options for urine drainage support. Whether that's slotted between a mattress and bed frame, hooked onto a bed or chair using the reverse hook, or just standing up on it's own. The Ugo Stand with Dignity is designed to fit a range of applications. 

Infection control is incredibly important, which is why the design of the Ugo Stand with Dignity allows the drainage tap of your Ugo 2L Drainage Bag to stay clear of the ground. It's also manufactured from durable plastic, ensuring the stand is easy to wipe clean.

After repeated use over a period of time, the wear to your stand will indicate when it needs replacing. It’s important you replace your stand when this occurs as this will ensure you’re continuing to use a product which is safe and minimises the risk of infection.

    If you're a local, we'll deliver to you personally. For the rest of the country, we rely on third party couriers - which you can choose at checkout. Sometimes, these couriers will make changes or be unable to deliver to you. In these instances we may switch your delivery type to the best option available to get it to you within the same time frame.

    Returns

    We offer free returns & refunds on Vyne Shop items made within the past 30 days, which have not been used or opened. If you're not happy with your Vyne Shop order, please get in touch and we'll arrange a free home collection at a date and time suitable for you. It'll take between 3-7 days for your order to be refunded once we've collected your items.

    Please note, due to the nature of products sold on vyne.co.uk, we’re unable to accept returns for any used or opened products. If you're unsure of product sizing, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk and we will be able to provide advice, and for some items a sample.

     

    Please Note: Do not send any orders back to our VyneYard warehouse, instead we will arrange a home collection as outlined above. Due to the nature of products available through Vyne, we process returns at a different location to complete safety checks before returning the products to stock. Orders returned to the VyneYard warehouse without prior contact will not be processed. If you have already sent your order back to the VyneYard warehouse, please give us a call on 020 3987 7560 or email hello@vyne.co.uk so we can locate it, and ensure your refund is processed.
