Attrauman Dressings, made of polyester mesh, are non-medicated and provide gentle wound therapy while minimising trauma. Because it does not include paraffin or Vaseline, its 1mm pore size effectively prevents granulation tissue from penetrating the dressing. It's also impregnated with neutral triglycerides (fatty acids), which prevents residue. Because of its non-adherence properties, this formulation keeps wound edges smooth and supple, limiting scar tissue formation and reducing pain and damage during removal.
It's easy to cut to size, making it ideal for users with sensitive skin. Attrauman Dressings support optimal wound healing conditions by allowing exudate and air to pass through its hydrophobic polyester fibres. Each box contains 10 individually wrapped sterile dressings.
